J. Randall Andrada

Mr. Randy Andrada is the principal and sole shareholder of Andrada & Associates. Mr. Andrada has fourty-three years of civil litigation experience representing clients in the practice areas in which the firm provides services.

Mr. Andrada has tried sixty-five jury cases in the state and federal courts, with fifty of them proceeding to verdict. Mr. Andrada became a member of ABOTA in 1991. He currently holds the rank of Advocate.

Mr. Andrada has served as a mediator, arbitrator, and settlement commissioner. He is a frequent lecturer on topics such as professional liability and civil procedure. His articles have appeared in national publications.

Mr. Andrada served as president of the California Society for Healthcare Risk Management in 2006-2007. Has sat on the boards of various charities and educational institutions.

Mr. Andrada was born in a hospital a few blocks from his current office.
