Mr. Andrada has more than thirty years of experience representing doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and other long term care facilities in malpractice and elder abuse cases. He has represented hospitals in administrative proceedings and litigation related to staff privileges. He has also represented physicians in Medical Board inquiries. Additionally, Mr. Andrada serves as a panel arbitrator for malpractice cases brought against Kaiser Permanente medical providers. Similarly, Ms. Stocker has more than twenty years of experience representing medical providers in malpractice and elder abuse cases.
